    选煤厂智能化煤泥水加药系统建设

    Construction of intelligent slurry dosing system in coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 我国煤炭产业正经历绿色低碳转型和高质量发展的关键时期,原煤产量突破新高。煤炭清洁高效利用水平持续提升,原煤入选率逐年提高。作为煤炭分选的重要环节之一,煤泥水浓缩加药过程的控制精度对沉降效果、药剂消耗和运行成本具有决定性影响。我国原煤煤质复杂多变,且近年来随着采煤方式的改变,原生和次生煤泥量大幅增加,煤泥水处理难度和处理效果的稳定性颇具挑战,加药系统智能化升级成为必然选择。国家和地方陆续出台多项政策和指导性文件,为选煤厂智能化建设科学规范有序开展提供明确指引。鼓励开展包括选煤厂智能化在内的煤矿智能化标准体系建设和标准制修订工作,从标准层面发挥基础性、引领性作用,全面提升煤矿智能化建设水平。为此提出选煤厂智能化煤泥水加药系统的基本要求,构建系统架构并详细规定系统各层级需满足的配置要求和技术条件,为煤泥水加药系统的智能化建设和改造提供指导,助推选煤行业智能化、绿色化变革。构建的智能化煤泥水加药系统包括设备层、智能管理层和智慧决策层。其中设备层是底层支撑,由入料性质、澄清水层、底流浓度和加药量的监测构成监测单元,软件、计算机及自动控制装置等构成控制执行单元,工作站、移动终端等构成智能辅助设备,为智能管理层和智慧决策层提供数据支持。智能管理层通过整合处理设备层反馈的监测信息,为智慧决策层提供分析依据。智慧决策层则基于对前两者的数据分析和测算,实现加药过程的自主决策。未来,通过与更多先进技术的融合,持续推动技术升级与优化创新,智能化煤泥水加药系统将进一步实现提升处理效率、降低药剂消耗、稳定出水水质、减少人工干预的更大突破。

       

      Abstract: China's coal industry is undergoing structural changes. The output of raw coal has reached a new high. The level of clean and efficient utilization of coal has been continuously enhanced, and the rate of raw coal washing has been increasing year by year. As one of the important processes in coal washing, the control accuracy of the slurry concentration and dosing process has a decisive influence on sedimentation effect, reagent consumption and operating costs. The quality of China's raw coal is complex and changeable. In recent years, with the change of coal mining methods, the amount of primary and secondary coal slimes has increased significantly, and the difficulty of slurry treatment and the stability of treatment effects are quite challenging. The national and local governments have successively issued multiple policies and guiding documents, providing clear guidance for the scientific, standardized, and orderly development of intelligent construction of coal preparation plants. Efforts are encouraged to establish standard systems, formulate standards for the construction of intelligent coal mine as well as coal preparation plants. For this purpose, the basic requirements for the intelligent coal slurry dosing system of coal preparation plants are proposed. The system architecture is constructed with detailed regulations and technical conditions that each level of the system needs to meet, to provide guidance for the construction and transformation of the coal slurry dosing system and even the coal preparation industry. The constructed intelligent coal slurry dosing system includes the equipment layer, intelligent management layer and intelligent decision-making layer. Among them, the equipment layer is the bottom-level support, consisting of monitoring units for feed properties, clear water layer, underflow concentration and dosing amount. The control execution units were composed of software, computers and automatic control devices, as well as intelligent auxiliary equipment such as workstations and mobile terminals, providing data support for the intelligent management layer and intelligent decision-making layer. The intelligent management layer integrates and processes the monitoring information fed back by the equipment layer, to provide analysis basis for the intelligent decision-making layer. The intelligent decision-making layer, based on the data analysis and calculation of the former two, realizes autonomous decision-making in the dosing process. In the future, through the integration with more advanced technologies, continuous promotion of technological upgrading and optimization and innovation, the intelligent coal slurry dosing system will achieve greater breakthroughs in improving processing efficiency, reducing chemical agent consumption, stabilizing effluent water quality and reducing manual intervention.
