    电力燃煤智能化技术现状

    Analysis of the current situation of intelligent fuel technology

    • 摘要: 论述了电力燃煤智能化技术的现状、技术特征及技术趋向,国内相关政策对其发展方向的影响。其中,计量及采制化已实现了全过程自动化、无人值守。重点分析了无人干预采样、自动制样、自动化验技术现状,以及采制化一体化管控。分析了智能化控制技术现状,包括数字化煤场、配煤掺烧、巡检机器人等技术现状。同时,提出了燃煤智能化技术发展趋势,机械智能化釆制样装备系统化是燃煤检测未来发展的趋势,燃煤检测相关标准对规范我国煤炭贸易市场和指导企业合理用煤发挥了重要作用,燃煤检测设备向着自动化、高效化、智能化和高端化的方向发展,标准物质的应用推动了燃煤检测技术的进步。

       

      Abstract: The article discusses the current situation, technical characteristics, and technological trends of intelligent coal-fired power technology, as well as the impact of relevant domestic policies on its development direction. Among them, metrology and procurement have achieved full process automation and unmanned operation. The focus was on analyzing the current status of unmanned sampling, automatic sample preparation, and automatic laboratory technology, as well as the integrated control of sampling and preparation. Analyzed the current status of intelligent control technology, including digital coal yards, coal blending and burning, and inspection robots. At the same time, the development trend of coal intelligent technology has been proposed. The systematization of mechanical intelligent sampling and preparation equipment is the future development trend of coal detection. The relevant standards for coal detection have played an important role in regulating China’s coal trade market and guiding enterprises to use coal reasonably. Coal detection equipment is developing towards automation, efficiency, intelligence, and high-end. The application of standard materials has promoted the progress of coal detection technology.
