    煤间接液化项目技术经济计算软件的开发研究

    Development of calculation software of technical economy of indirect coal liquefaction project

    • 摘要: 为评价煤间接液化项目的技术经济性,提高项目前期研究和投资决策的效率,以煤间接液化各工艺环节为研究单元,对关键单元及设备的物流、能流进行研究,通过构建干煤粉气化模型计算了干煤气的组成,通过构建F-T合成模型计算烃类产率和烃类分布。以Excel为计算的后台支撑,以VB可视化界面作为输出平台,构建了煤间接液化项目技术经济计算平台。结果表明,干煤气组成、烃类产品分布的理论计算结果与工程设计数据基本吻合,烃类产品产率为150~155 g/m3。煤炭间接液化基础模型能够计算出产品产量及组成、单位产品综合能耗、单位产品煤耗、单位产品水耗、全厂能效、单位产品CO2排放、单位产品SO2排放、单位产品NOx排放及各装置的能耗和排放指标等,模型的计算值与设计值基本相符。

       

      Abstract: To evaluate technical economy of indirect coal liquefaction project and improve the efficiency of project research and investment,the material flow and energy flow of coal indirect liquefaction was studied to form a model. The study was based on the research of every unit of project. The composition of dry gas was calculated by constructing the model of dry pulverized coal gasification,and the hydrocarbon production rate and hydrocarbon distribution were calculated by F- T model. Using Excel as the background support,the VB visual interface as the output platform,built the coal indirect liquefaction project technical and economic calculation platform,the product output and composition,unit product investment,unit product comprehensive energy consumption,unit product water consumption,energy efficiency,CO2 emissions,SO2emissions,NOxemissions and energy consumption and emissions targets could be calculated through the model. The value calculated by model was almost the same as the design value.
