Abstract:
To evaluate technical economy of indirect coal liquefaction project and improve the efficiency of project research and investment,the material flow and energy flow of coal indirect liquefaction was studied to form a model. The study was based on the research of every unit of project. The composition of dry gas was calculated by constructing the model of dry pulverized coal gasification,and the hydrocarbon production rate and hydrocarbon distribution were calculated by F- T model. Using Excel as the background support,the VB visual interface as the output platform,built the coal indirect liquefaction project technical and economic calculation platform,the product output and composition,unit product investment,unit product comprehensive energy consumption,unit product water consumption,energy efficiency,CO2 emissions,SO2emissions,NOxemissions and energy consumption and emissions targets could be calculated through the model. The value calculated by model was almost the same as the design value.
