    90 t/h 煤粉预热燃烧锅炉宽负荷试验和性能测试研究

    Experiments and performance test of 90 t/h pulverized coal preheating combustion boiler with wide load ranges

    • 摘要: 基于预热燃烧原理,设计开发了90 t/h 煤粉预热燃烧锅炉,完成了90 t/h 煤粉预热燃烧锅炉宽负荷下稳定高效燃烧和低NOx排放试验及性能测试。结果表明,锅炉负荷调节范围为30%~100%时,锅炉热效率均高于92%,NOx原始排放均低于200 mg/m3,实现了煤粉锅炉的宽负荷高效清洁燃烧;锅炉负荷降低,NOx原始排放线性减少,建立了NOx排放与负荷变化的关系式,锅炉负荷30%时,NOx排放仅为78 mg/m3,燃烧效率为97.91%,突破了常规锅炉低负荷稳燃差、能耗高和NOx排放高的技术难题;锅炉负荷50%时,锅炉热效率最高,达到93.9%,这与燃料预热、预热燃料燃烧温度和燃尽时间有关;预热燃烧器运行温度为800~950 ℃,预热燃烧器内温度不随锅炉负荷变化,这为锅炉宽负荷稳定燃烧提供了保障;调整锅炉配风方式,实现了预热燃料空间柔和燃烧并达到了超低NOx原始排放,锅炉负荷70%时,炉内零喷氨下NOx排放为47.89 mg/m3。90 t/h 煤粉预热燃烧锅炉的成功运行,为煤粉预热燃烧技术的发展和放大应用提供重要支撑。

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of preheating combustion, the 90 t/h preheating combustion boiler for pulverized coal was designed and developed, as well as the experiment and performance test for this boiler with a high efficient combustion and low NOx emissions were carried out. The results show that with the load ranging from 30% to 100%, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is higher than 92% and the NOx emission is lower than 200 mg/m3, realizing high efficient and clean combustion under wide load conditions. As the boiler load decreases, the NOx emission also drops, showing a good linear relationship. When the boiler load is 30%, the NOx emission is only 78 mg /m3 also with the combustion efficiency of 97.91%, breaking through some technical bottleneck in difficult stable combustion and high NOx emission under the condition of low load for conventional pulverized coal boiler. With the boiler load being 50%, the thermal efficiency reaches 93.9%, which is related to fuel preheating, preheated fuel combustion and burnout time. The two preheaters show a stable operation with the preheating temperature keeping 800~950 ℃, ensuring continuous and stable combustion of preheated fuel with wide load ranges. By adjusting air distribution, the mild combustion and ultra-low NOx emission was achieved, with the NOx emission of 47.89 mg/m3 when the boiler load is 70%. The successful demonstration project of 90 t/h pulverized coal preheating combustion boiler provides important support for the development and application of pulverized coal preheating combustion technology.
