Abstract: Introduced the key production technologies researched and applied by Shendong Coal Group in the construction of advanced intelligent coal preparation plants, and elaborates on Shendong's practice and good application effects in the construction of advanced intelligent coal preparation plants in Shangwan Coal Preparation Plant and Halagou Coal Preparation Plant from the aspects of raw coal feeding, screening and crushing, heavy medium separation, coal slurry water treatment, coal blending, loading and transportation, etc. It summarizes the complete set of intelligent construction technologies for large-scale heavy medium coal preparation plants from the aspects of intelligent perception, intelligent decision-making, intelligent diagnosis, and intelligent management. Focusing on intelligent screening, intelligent sorting, intelligent coal slurry treatment, and intelligent coal blending as examples, this article provides a detailed introduction to the key production technologies for achieving advanced intelligent coal preparation plants.
