Abstract: To reduce energy consumption and damage to environment in the running of Chahasu coal preparation plant,provide some measures from the aspect of pollution prevention and water conservation.The pollution involves waste water,exhaust gas,gangue and sound pollution.The main solutions are adopting closed water circuit,spraying coal stocking yard,comprehensively utilizing gangue,erecting high frequency equipments in the bottom of plant during the early construction,covering wear-resisting rubber sheet and acoustical board for line pan or other equipments.Introduce energy saving from processing set-up,electrical appliances designing and new materials usage perspective.
