    循环流化床锅炉SNCR脱硝技术优化改造

    Optimization of SNCR denitration technology in circulating fluidized bed boiler

    • 摘要: 为实现循环流化床锅炉NOx排放达标,阐述了我国目前NOx控制方法及应用情况。以尿素、氨水为还原剂,结合我国西北某电厂循环流化床锅炉脱硝情况,介绍SNCR脱硝原理、主要工艺流程和设备组成等,分析了300 MW循环流化床锅炉使用SNCR脱硝的优势,结合循环流化床锅炉自身特点,对原有SNCR设备进行改造,并对改造后效果进行分析。结果表明,通过调整测点位置,优化控制逻辑,还原剂调节阀动作明显较之前更为准确,NOx排放更加稳定;将水平烟道的喷射方式由水平对射改造为错列对射,并错开03 m距离,让更多烟气接触到还原剂,提高反应效率;通过改变运行方式,减少一次风量,加大上二次风的供应量,可减少10%的NOx原始排放量。改造后SNCR脱硝装置可控制NOx排放值低于50 mg/Nm3(以NO2计,按O2浓度6%折算),脱硝效率高于85%,氨氮比不高于18,氨逃逸数值由7×10-6降为3×10-6,有效提升脱硝效率和系统稳定性。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve NO_x emission standard of circulating fluidized bed( CFB) boiler,the current NO_x control method and application in China were described.Taking urea and ammonia as the reducing agents,and combining with CFB boiler denitration situation in a certain power plant in northwest of China,the principle,main SNCR denitration process flow and equipment were introduced.Besides,the advantages of SNCR denitration in 300 MW CFB boiler were analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of CFB boiler,the original SNCR equipment was modified and then the modified effect was analyze.The results show that,the action of reducing agent regulating valve is obviously more accurate and NO_x emission is more stable by adjusting the position of measuring points and optimizing control logic.The injection mode of horizontal flue is changed from horizontal twine to staggered twine,with a distance of 0.3 m staggered,so that more flue gas can contact with the reducing agent and improve reaction efficiency.By changing the operation mode,reducing the primary air volume and increasing the supply of secondary air,the original NO_x emissions can be reduced by 10%.After the modification,SNCR denitration device can control the NO_x emission value below 50 mg/Nm~3( calculated by NO2 and converted to 6% O_2 concentration),and denitration efficiency is higher than 85%.At the same time,the ammonia nitrogen ratio is not higher than 1.8,and ammonia escape value is reduced from 7×10~(-6) to 3×10~(-6),which can effectively improve the denitration efficiency and system stability.
