    油渣水蒸气气化特性及动力学研究

    Study on steam gasification characteristics and dynamics of coal liquefaction residue

    • 摘要: 为实现煤直接液化残渣的高效气化利用,以神华煤直接液化残渣所制半焦为研究对象,考察了气化温度、气化剂中水蒸气含量及油渣中残留催化剂对油渣半焦气化反应性的影响,采用混合反应模型,对数据进行拟合,求取动力学参数。结果表明:气化反应温度升高,气化剂中水蒸气配比增加,均有利于提高油渣半焦的气化反应性;油渣半焦与水蒸气的气化反应性强于脱灰油渣半焦;以反应性指数R′表示的油渣半焦气化反应性与以固定碳转化率和反应速率表示的反应性一致;利用混合反应模型求得的油渣半焦与水蒸气的反应总级数为0635 8~0721 7,活化能为14943~19885 kJ/mol。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the efficient utilization of coal direct liquefaction residue,the effects of gasification temperature,water vapor content and catalyst residual on gasification reactivity of semi-coke of Shenhua coal direct liquefaction residue were investigated.The mixed reaction model was used to fit the experimental data and get the kinetic parameters.The results show that the gasification reactivity can be improved by elevating the gasification reaction temperature and increasing water vapor content in gasifier.The gasification reactivity of semi-coke residue with water vapor is stronger than that of de-ashing semi-coke residue.The gasification reactivity of the semi-coke residue expressed by the reactivity index R' is consistent with the reactivity expressed by fixed carbon conversion rate and reaction rate.The total reaction order of semi-coke residue with water vapor is between 0.635 8 and 0.721 7,and the activation energy is between 149. 43 k J/mol and 198.85 k J/mol obtained by the mixed reaction model.
