    淮南电厂粉煤灰除铁制取铝硅钛合金原料的研究

    Fe removal from fly ash for raw material preparation of Al-Si-Ti alloy in Huainan power plant

    • 摘要: 铝硅钛合金具有较高的耐磨性、高温强度和热稳定性,已广泛应用于航空航天、交通、建筑等工业领域。火力电厂的粉煤灰可以作为冶炼铝硅钛合金的原料,但其中含有能降低合金强度性能的铁元素,必须将其脱出。实验采用草酸和硫酸混合除铁溶剂,对粉煤灰的除铁过程进行正交实验,得到了较好的除铁效果,为除铁工艺的深入研究提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Al-Si-Ti alloy has superior wearability,high-temperature strength and thermal stability.It has been widely used in aerospace,transportation,construction fields.The fly ash in thermal power plant can be used to prepare Si-Al-Ti alloy,while its high Fe content would lower the intensity of alloy.Adopted oxalic acid and sulfuric acid to remove Fe,optimized the removal process by orthogonal test.The results show that,the removal efficiency is well.
