Abstract:
Due to large-scale application of double-geared roller crusher in coal washing and processing field,more and more intensive coal processing require proper tooth design,including installation structure,profile and arrangement.The design should take into full account actual crushing strength,manufacturing technologies and cost,service life,maintenance,processing capacity,grasping ability,top and lower size,blocking ratio,oversize ratio and the like.The results show that,scientific and reasonable tooth design is more pertinent and accurate,which can process coal effectively,meanwhile,lengthen service life of devices,decrease cost,improve economic benefits.
