Abstract: Determine the hierarchical structure model of coal pyrolysis poly-generation system with Delphi and analytic hierarchy process（AHP） methods.The index weight of each indicator in three grades and consistency check of the total sorts are implemented based on the AHP method.The evaluation system of low rank coal pyrolysis poly-generation is ultimately established which contains 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 17 third-level indicators.The results show that,in the first-level indicators,the technical indicators are the highest,followed by the environmental,economic and social.In the second-level indicators,the order of the combination weights is determined as efficiency,enterprise income and technology maturity.In the three indicators,the subsequence of the weight is industrialization proportion,wastewater emissions and enterprise internal rate of return.
