    生物质秸秆成型燃料特性分析

    Characteristics of biomass straw densification briquettes fuel

    • 摘要: 作为一种由秸秆转化的可再生清洁能源,生物质秸秆成型燃料有许多优点。文中分析了生物质秸秆成型燃料的资源特性、物化性质、燃烧特性和技术经济特性。发现生物质成型燃料有着较为丰富的资源,成型后密度增加,使运输储存优于原生物质;燃烧特性不失原生物质特性又与煤炭相似,易点燃、燃烧完全,烟尘中的CO2,SO2,NOx浓度比煤炭少;但较高的碱金属和Cl含量会导致燃烧时的腐蚀和沉积;当前技术经济性不突出,综合环境效益考虑是一种不错的补充能源选择。

       

      Abstract: As one kind of clean and renewable biomass energy from biomass straw,straw densification briquettes fuel has significant advantages.The characteristic analysis of resources,physical and chemical properties,combustion and technology economy show that biomass is rich in natural resources for straw densification briquettes fuel(SDBF),the increased density make it easier transport and storage than straw.The combustion characteristic of SDBF still acts in keeping with the original material and coal,it is easier to ignite and burn.The component of CO2,SO2,NOx in smoke is much lower.High alkalis and chlorine in SDBF might corrode the furnace.The environmental benefits of SDBF are remarkable,while its economic and technical benefits are lower.
